摘要
针对发动机叶片常受外物撞击而产生损伤的问题,采用非线性有限元法就旋转离心应力对叶片外物损伤的影响进行分析,并采用动力松弛法在撞击分析前对叶片结构进行应力和位移的初始化,建立离心应力下叶片外物撞击的非线性动力学分析模型。通过在LS-DYNA中进行不同离心载荷下叶片外物撞击的数值模拟比较,结果表明,离心应力对叶片的瞬态响应及损伤特征有较大的影响。
Foreign object damage (FOD) often occurs while engine blades are working with high rotating speed. The effects of centrifugal stress were researched by using nonlinear finite element method. And the dynamic relaxation method was used to obtain the initial stress and displacement field of blades in the beginning of the analysis of impacting.
