溶胶共沉淀法制备PbSnO_3超细粉末的正交试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以Pb(NO3)2和SnCl4·5H2O为主要原料,采用溶胶共沉淀法制备超细粉末PbSnO3,通过XRD、激光粒度分析和SEM表征粉体的结构、粒度以及粉体的形貌。通过正交试验对试验条件进行优化,结果表明:在Pb(NO3)2溶液的浓度为0.1mol/L、溶液的pH值为8~9、PEG-200的加入质量分数为5%、反应温度为65℃的最优条件下制得PbSnO3粉体为球形,且分散性较好。 The samples of PbSnO3 were prepared by sol-wet-chemical method using SnCl4·5H2O and Pb (NO3)2 as raw materials. The structure characteristics,size distribution and microstructure of the synthesized PbSnO3 were analyzed by XRD,laser particle analysis and SEM. The conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results show that concentration of Pb (NO3)2 solution is 0.1 mol/L and value of pH is 8-9 when PEG- 200 is pulsed 5%,and the reaction temperature is 65 ℃.The product is sphere- shaped particle ...
