摘要
目的:观察强刺激阳陵泉配合TDP照射治疗落枕的效果。方法:21例患者采用巨刺阳陵泉,对阳陵泉施用强刺激,并配合TDP照射患侧颈项部治疗,治疗过程中令患者活动颈部。结果:治愈率达85.71%,好转率14.29%,总有效率100%,其中治愈患者均在5次之内治愈,3次治愈率达76.19%。结论:强刺激阳陵泉配合TDP照射治疗落枕一般在3~5次内能使落枕引起的各种症状消除或明显缓解,疗效显著。
