摘要
目的:观察电针对脊髓损伤(SCI)大鼠脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)和神经功能活动的影响。方法:48只大鼠平均分为4组,采用改良的Allen’s造模方法建立大鼠SCI模型,电针对照组取"大椎"、"命门"和"夹脊穴"两组穴位交替电针治疗。7天后,通过取各组大鼠脊髓采用免疫组化法测定BDNF的表达水平和分析BBB行为记分法进行各组比较。结果:电针治疗组与甲基强的松龙组大鼠治疗后后肢运动功能改善,非常显著强于模型对照组(P<0.05),而显著差于空白对照组(P<0.01);两组BDNF阳性细胞数非常显著强于模型对照组和空白对照组(P<0.01),但组间没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针治疗可明显增强SCI后BDNF的表达,促进SCI后神经的修复与再生,从而促进肢体功能的恢复。
