Countermeasures on Training seafarers for Zhejiang Province as a Great Maritime Port Province

立足港航强省的浙江海员培养现实要求,从分析国内外船员市场现状出发,结合舟山海员教育培训的实际,并对如何加强海员教育培训,建设舟山海员培养基地作了一些对策思考。

Based on the present requirements of training seafarers of Zhejiang,a great maritime port province,this article analyses the seafarers markets at home and abroad;and according to the practical training of Zhoushan seafarers,the article gives some countermeasures on how to strengthen education and training of seafarers and how to construct Zhoushan seafarers training base.
