摘要
针对学生的个体差异,实行差异教学是现代教学的必然趋势。笔者认为在差异教学过程中应从教学目标、教学组织形式以及教学评价方面实施相应的教学策略,同时注意在教学中适时进行弹性分组和及时进行个别指导。
Because of the students individual diversity,it is an inevitable trend for modern teaching to implement differentiated instruction.In the process of differentiated instruction the corresponding teaching strategies should be implemented from perspectives such as teaching goal,teaching organizational form and teaching evaluation,etc.Meanwhile,during the teaching progress flexible grouping and timely individual instruction should be emphasized.
