摘要
独立学院作为按新机制和新模式创立的具有中国特色的民办高等院校,其办学模式和办学特色尚在进一步探索和研究中。笔者基于教育部26号令中有关设置规定为背景,初步探讨了全国独立学院目前办学现状及存在问题,并提出了规范办学的建议与思考。
Independent colleges,established according to the new mechanisms and new modes,are private institutions of higher learning with Chinese characteristics.Their running mode and characteristics are to be further explored and studied.On the basis of the relevant stipulations in the No.26 decree from the Ministry of Education,a preliminary discussion is given on the present situation and existing problems of independent colleges in China,ands some suggestions and thoughts are also provide on the standardized run...
