摘要
根据人类免疫系统的免疫响应过程和免疫学中独特型免疫网络的假设,从免疫响应中B细胞的结合、B细胞的激励以及复制等方面入手,提出了建立人工免疫响应网络模型的新思想.描述了该免疫网络的结构模型、网络中各单元的相互作用和B细胞的克隆扩增以及网络结构的动态更新,并将网络对抗原的首次响应和二次响应进行了仿真.同人类的免疫系统类似,该免疫网络具有学习、记忆和辨识能力,同时具备分布、并行处理的特点.
Based on the response process of human immune system and the hypothesis of idiotypic immune network, a new network model of artificial immune response was proposed. The model was inspired by the mechanism of bindings, stimulus and replication of the B cells in the immune response. This paper described the structure of the network, the interaction of its components, the clonal expansion of B cells and the dynamics of their recruitment. The simulation results of the primary and secondary immune responses were also presented. The model has the abilities of learning, memory and recognition, just like the human immune system. In addition, the model is a distributed and parallel processing system.
