结合南宁铁路局调度机械室搬迁工程,对调度中心调度通信不中断业务搬迁施工方案进行了阐述。通过组织和实施,既保证了调度电话的正常使用,又完成了搬迁工程施工任务。

In light of the relocation engineering of Nanning Railway Bureau s dispatching and directing center,this paper elaborates on the relocation construction scheme for dispatching and directing center without the stop of communication dispatching.Through organization and practice,the normal use of dispatching telephones is ensured,together with the completion of relocation project.
