四川省临床药剂人员学历与职称结构分析

An Analysis on the Titles of Technical Post and Academic Qualifications of Clinical Pharmacy Professionals in Sichuan Province

目的了解四川省临床药剂人员学历与技术职称的特征。方法对四川省2006年各类卫生技术人员的学历和职称结构进行Ridit分析。结果(1)卫生技术人员学历结构,以执业医师最优(-R=0.5995),其他依此为检验人员(R-=0.4866)、注册护士(R-=0.4469)、其他卫生技术人员(-R=0.4499),药剂人员的学历结构最差(R-=0.3451)。(2)卫生技术人员职称结构以执业医师最优(-R=0.6541),药剂人员的职称结构偏低(-R=0.4218),低于检验人员和注册护士。结论目前四川省卫生人力资源管理和培训的重点是药剂人员。应加强医学教育部门与卫生部门的协调,保证高学历药学人才的供给规模,加强在职药学人员的学历教育和继续医学教育,以适应医院科学管理对药学专业人才素质日益增长的需求。
