摘要
为了提高坚硬煤层的瓦斯抽放效率,利用高压水射流对瓦斯抽放钻孔进行割缝。采用计算机模拟优化影响高压水射流切割质量的各种参数,研究了高压水射流割缝提高瓦斯抽放效率的作用机理,并进行了井下高压水射流割缝工业性试验。试验结果表明:高压水射流割缝改变了煤体的原始应力和裂隙状况,改善了煤层中的瓦斯流动状态,瓦斯抽放量提高了5~6倍,瓦斯抽放速率提高了6~8倍,从而提高了煤层瓦斯抽放效率。
