摘要
根据微分几何学理论分析钢丝绳股内钢丝的空间位置关系,利用ANSYS软件建立了6×7 IWS钢丝绳的几何模型。通过网格划分得到钢丝变形计算的有限元模型,以钢丝绳一端完全约束,另一端施加轴向力作为加载工况,确立模型求解的边界条件,并进行了钢丝受力变形的数值模拟,得出在此工况下股内各丝的轴向应力、剪应力及轴向变形的分布规律。研究了股内各钢丝受力变形规律,对照分析股内2根钢丝在接触位置各自的伸长量,通过求两丝变形差的方法求得出两丝的错动量。对照分析右同向捻及右交互捻钢丝绳股内钢丝应力及变形结果,研究捻向组合对股内钢丝所受应力及变形的影响,以及捻向组合对股内相接触2根钢丝的错动量的影响,得出了相关结论。
