摘要 分析了光纤光栅的温度应变交叉敏感的机理,设计并制作了一种基于油缸传递式的光纤Bragg光栅锚杆测力计,使用参考光栅进行温度补偿,解决了交叉敏感问题带来的影响。试验结果表明,10℃时温度补偿光栅中心波长λT=1527.954 nm,压力传感光栅中心波长λS=1529.526nm,传感光栅和温度补偿光栅的温度敏感系数之比K=2.4951,该测力计工作压力3~15 MPa,通过参考光栅消除温度影响,能够实现精确测量,并且具有很好的线性度。 Base on the analysis and research on the temperature strain crossing sensitive mechanism of the optical fiber and optical grating,an optical Bragg and optical grating bolt dynamometer was designed and developed base on a cylinder transmission.A reference optical grating was applied to for temperature compensation to solve the influence from the crossing sensitive problem.The test results showed that when the temperature at 10 ℃,the central wave length of the temperature compensation optical grating would be...
