B/S结构系统可以实现电子地图的浏览、管理用户定制、文件传输、文件审核、数据自动采集及计算、数据录入、分中心调度指令下达等功能。目前,B/S结构系统正在疏勒河流域灌溉管理中运行,效果显著。针对所存在的一些问题,该系统将会逐步得到完善,最终会为灌溉管理工作发挥重要作用。
