摘要
用三维有限元对水闸温度应力进行了系统的分析,包括施工期水化热引起的应力,气温年变化引起的应力及寒潮引起的应力,这3种温度应力单独作用都不会引起混凝土裂缝,但组合应力可能引起裂缝。文中进一步研究了防止裂缝的技术措施,计算结果表明,采取笔者建议的施工期表面加温方法,就可使裂缝几率显著减小。
Thermal stresses in sluices are analysed systematically by 3D FEM,including the stresses due to heat of hydration in construction period,the stresses due to annual variation of air temperature,and the stresses due to cold wave.Each one of them will not induce cracking alone,but the comprehensive action of them will induce cracking in sluices.A measure to prevent cracking is proposed.
