摘要
目的:通过动物实验观察外用中药"川乌不痛膏"对不同疗程的镇痛药效,以获得最佳疗程。方法:利用小鼠醋酸扭体实验以扭体抑制情况来验证疗效。结果:"川乌不痛膏"腹部外敷对小鼠腹腔注射冰醋酸扭体有抑制作用,而且表现出明显的疗程与疗效关系,不同疗程组与空白对照组比较差异有显著性。结论:"川乌不痛膏"外敷有明显的止痛治疗作用,并且连续贴敷3天镇痛效果最好。
[Objective]To obtain the best course of treatment by observing the analgesic effect of external applied Chinese traditional medicine Chuan Wu Bu Tong Plaster of different treatment in animal experiments.[Methods]Glacial acetic acid test in mice was used to make the body twisting then to evaluate the efficacy of the drug.[Results]When external applied on the belly,Chuan Wu Bu Tong Plaster restrained the body twisting effect in mice induced by injecting 0.6% glacial acetic acid into abdominal cavity.The drug ...
