镜面舌多提示胃气大伤,胃阴枯竭,其治疗原则为健脾益气,固护胃阴。镜面舌主要是舌上皮细胞坏死而形成的。心脏术后应观察舌象,有无镜面舌,可提示当时机能状态,在辨证中可以在术后起到未病先防,既病防变作用。
