Huanglian Wendan Decoction in Diabetic Complications Treatment

黄连温胆汤为清代陆廷珍所创立,由黄连、半夏、陈皮、茯苓、枳实、竹茹、炙甘草、生姜、大枣组成,具有清化痰热之功,以痰热内扰为主要病机所导致的糖尿病及各种并发症均可以之为主加减治疗。对糖尿病合并脑梗塞、糖尿病合并冠心病、糖尿病合并皮肤瘙痒及糖尿病合并下肢坏疽4个典型病例进行了具体分析,并结合临床体会,比较全面地阐述了黄连温胆汤的临床应用价值。
