Nine Kinds of Geranium UV Spectrum of Medicinal Group Identification

目的:提供1种老鹳草类药材鉴别的新方法。方法:应用紫外谱线组法,测试9种老鹳草在4种不同溶剂中的紫外吸收光谱。结果:9种老鹳草的紫外谱线组图谱、最大吸收峰数目及峰位值具有明显差异。结论:该法简便、准确、灵敏,可鉴别9种老鹳草,应用紫外谱线组法鉴别中药材易混品种是科学可行的。

Objective:Distinguish Erodium stephanianum Willd.Methods:Used the method of ultraviolet spectral line group,the UV spectral of the solutions extracted by four different kinds of solvents.Results:The UV spectral of eight species Geranium and one specis of Erodium gave different maximum absorption peaks both in number and intensities.Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate and can be used to distinguish eight species of Geranium and one specis of Erodium is workable,the result is trusty.
