甲减肾损害大鼠的以方测证研究

Research the Syndrome Attribute with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Rats with Kidney Damage Owe to Hypothyroidism

目的:通过观察不同中药复方对甲状腺功能减退症(简称甲减)肾损害大鼠肾脏功能及形态的影响,探求甲减肾损害大鼠的主要证候属性。方法:将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组和实验组,实验组建立甲减肾损害大鼠模型后,随机分为模型组、补中益气汤组、逍遥散组和金匮肾气丸组,并施以相应处理因素。90天后,测定血清甲状腺激素(TT3、TT4)、血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、24h尿白蛋白、血清肌酐(Scr)和血清尿素氮(BUN),观察肾脏结构。结果:①24h尿白蛋白、Scr和BUN:补中益气汤组高于正常组(P<0.05),低于模型组(P<0.01),低于逍遥散组和金匮肾气丸组(P<0.05);逍遥散组和金匮肾气丸组低于模型组(P<0.05)。②模型组肾小球体积增大,系膜区增宽、系膜细胞及系膜基质增生;3个治疗组病理改变均有不同程度减轻,且补中益气汤组改善显著。结论:在甲减肾损害机体内,补中益气汤可较好地改善肾脏功能及形态,从而推测脾气虚弱在甲减肾损害发病中起重要作用。
