益气活血复方对家兔PTCA术后MCP-1影响的实验研究

Experimental Research on the Effects of Replenishing Qi and Activating Blood Formula on Mcp-1 with PTCA in Rabbits

目的:探讨益气活血复方对PTCA术后家兔MCP-1蛋白表达的影响。方法:取雄性新西兰大白兔,采用球囊损伤兔左侧颈总动脉配合高脂饲料喂养法,建立家兔PTCA术后再狭窄模型。4周后,将存活动物随机分组为模型组(n=7)、西药组(n=8)、益气活血复方组(n=8),并建立正常组(n=4)。喂养4周后,免疫组化检测兔左侧颈总动脉MCP-1蛋白表达情况。结果:各治疗组均能下调MCP-1的过高表达,与模型组比较具有显著差异(P<0.05);辛伐他汀组与益气活血复方组无显著差异。结论:益气活血复方可以下调PTCA术后MCP-1的表达,提示益气活血复方可以防治PTCA术后再狭窄。
