高长宽比的六角切圆燃烧锅炉切圆特性的实验研究

摘要 为研究锅炉炉内的流场特性,依托于某大型水煤浆锅炉的改造项目,建立了冷态模化试验台,在实验台上对炉内空气动力特性进行了研究.采用三孔探针和热球风速仪结合烟花示踪摄像的测试方法,得到了切圆内部动量矩的数据和切圆转动瞬间的图片,经分析可知,切圆在流场中周期性地旋转并于某些时刻可能发生破碎;相应切圆呈周期性旋转,射流摆动也具有周期性,该周期是切圆旋转周期的一半. The cold model test experiments based on some large CWM (Coal Water Mixture) rebuild project were conducted to determine the flow field characteristics in utility boiler. By using the three hole pressure probe, heat bulb speedometer technique and the fireworks-track photograph, the data of the angular momentum and the photos of the transients flow circles were achieved. Analysis of the basic rules governing the above characteristics showed that the tangential circle had properties of rotation, periodicity, time averaging, fragmentation and that the jet fluid swing range varies periodically with the periodicity of the tangential circle. The cycle frequency of jet fluid swing is half of that of tangential circle rotation.
