图书情报学领域学科库建设研究——E-LIS、DLIST和LIS-oar的比较分析

Study on Building Disciplinary Archives in Library and Information Science——Comparison and Analysis of E-LIS、DLIST and LIS-oar

近年来,随着开放存取运动的发展,学科库这一新的学术交流方式逐步兴起并发挥着日益重要的作用。通过对图书情报学领域国内外3个学科库即E-LIS、DLIST和LIS-oar的基本情况、资源建设、用户服务和版权政策等方面的比较,发现我国国家图书馆创建的LIS-oar存在起步较晚、文档数量有限、提醒服务单一、没有制定完整的版权政策说明等问题。LIS-oar只有充分发挥其自身优势并大力借鉴国外先进的学科库建设经验,才能成为具有一定影响力的学科库,更好地为广大图书情报学界人士提供帮助。

In resent years, disciplinary archives have gradually risen with the development of open access movement and are playing a more and more important role in the scholarly communication. By comparing three disciplinary archives E-LIS, DLIST and LIS-oar in Library and Information Science (LIS) in the basic situation, resources construction, customer services and copyright policies, the paper explores their present conditions, and analyses the shortages, the advantages and development trends of LIS-oar.
