近15年心律失常的针灸治疗特点分析

The analysis of characteristic about Acupuncture for treatment of arrhythmic in recent 15 years

通过对近15年来针灸治疗心律失常的临床报道进行分析,归纳出针刺治疗心律失常是以辨病取穴为主,或在辨病取穴基础上辨证选穴,主要取手厥阴、手少阴经穴,并随症配穴,主穴为内关、神门、足三里、膻中、心俞、三阴交、大陵、郄门、厥阴俞等。并认为今后进行针灸治疗心律失常的研究,必须对其治疗方法、腧穴配伍、刺激量及治疗的适应症(如心动过速、早搏或心动过缓)等因素进行优选,进而优选针刺治疗方案。

Objective:To sum up advances of clinical research on Acupuncture for treatment of arrhythmic in recent 15 years and to induce the characteristic of it.
