摘要
目的:观察四君子汤合一贯煎加味对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化指标的影响。方法:选择肝纤维化指标异常的慢性乙型肝炎患者84例,随机分为两组,均给予基础护肝治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用四君子汤合一贯煎加味治疗。观察两组治疗前后肝纤维化指标(HA、PCⅢ、ⅣC、LN)变化。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,在改善肝纤维化指标改善方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:四君子汤合一贯煎加味可显著改善肝纤维化指标,减缓肝纤维化进程。
Objective:To investigate the influence of sijunzi Decoction composite modified yiguanjian on the indices of liver fibrosis in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B.
