摘要
目的:观察大承气汤类中药配伍治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将60例诊断为肠梗阻的患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用加味大承气汤(大黄、厚朴、枳实、芒硝、炒莱菔子、乌药、桃仁、赤芍、木香等)治疗;对照组30例采用西药治疗,观察两组综合疗效、症状与体征改善情况。结果:两组的症状、体征均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味大承气汤类中药对肠梗阻病疗效可靠。
Objective:To observe dachengqi decoction combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine clinical effects of intestinal obstruction.
