摘要
目的:通过对中西医结合治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察总结,为临床治疗方法的选择提供一些新思路、新方法。方法:筛选符合治疗条件的病例,应用中药内服辨证治疗,镇痛药物口服,关节腔内药物注射等综合治疗方法。结果:门诊膝骨性关节炎67例,总有效率为91.04%。结论:中西医结合治疗膝骨性关节炎,内外兼治,病症同治,整体与局部并重,疗效显著,有广泛的研究领域。
Objective:Trough the clinical observation summary of the traditional Chinese and western medicine treating knee osteoarthritis,it offers some new ideas and new ways for the choice of clinical treatment.Methods: Screening of patients with the treatment of conditions, the application of internal traditionnal Chinese medicine therapy, oraling analgesic drugs, intra-articular injection of drugs such as the comprehensive treatment.
