目的:探索和比较伞形科植物莱阳沙参茎叶与根各种溶剂提取液吸收光谱的异同,为莱阳沙参茎叶的质量鉴定及质量标准的制定及开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用测定莱阳沙参茎叶与根的石油醚、乙醚、氯仿、乙醇等溶剂提取物的UV-Vis吸收光谱。结果:莱阳沙参茎叶与根各种溶剂提取物的UV-Vis吸收光谱不同。结论:UV-Vis吸收光谱可以为莱阳沙参的鉴别提供全面信息,为莱阳沙参茎叶的后续研究及开发利用奠定了基础。
