舌针头针联合体针治疗中风后遗症疗效观察

Joint treatment of apoplexy sequela by tongue acupuncture and head acupuncture

目的:观察舌针头针联合体针治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法:按就诊顺序随机将77例中风后遗症的病人分为2组,舌针头针联合体针治疗组56例,传统针刺对照组21例,一般治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率96.4%,而对照组仅为76.1%,两组比较,χ2=0.491,P<0.05。结论:舌针头针联合体针治疗中风后遗症疗效满意,优于传统单纯体针针刺法。
