2型糖尿病气阴两虚证大鼠模型的建立及评价

Establishment and Evaluation about Rat Models of Qi and Yin deficiency in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:建立2型糖尿病气阴两虚证模型,并从血糖(BG)、血脂及胰岛素(Insulin)水平等几个方面对其进行评价。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养结合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)尾静脉注射的方法制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,在此基础上予过量的青皮、附子灌胃来建立2型糖尿病气阴两虚证模型,然后用中汇糖脉康进行反证。结果:中药造模后,模型组及糖尿病对照组大鼠的血糖显著高于正常组,但其两者之间无明显差异;3组大鼠的血清甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及胰岛素水平呈依次显著升高,表现为,正常组<糖尿病对照组<模型组。反证前后,除血糖外,其它各项指标均有显著改变。结论:在高脂饲料喂养结合STZ注射法诱导2型糖尿病模型的基础上,采用过量的青皮、附子灌胃的方法来建立2型糖尿病气阴两虚证模型是可行的,并可用TG、TC、LDL及Insulin等几项指标来作为评价该模型是否成功的检测指标。

Objective:To establish models of Qi and Yin deficiency in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(DM) and evaluate it from the level of blood glucose, blood-lipid and insulin.
