摘要 目的探讨凋亡诱导因子(AIF)在人宫颈癌组织中的表达与宫颈癌发生发展的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术检测45例宫颈癌、31例癌前病变和10例正常宫颈组织中AIF的表达。结果AIF蛋白在正常宫颈组织和癌前病变组织中表达微弱,两者比较差异无统计学意义。AIF蛋白在宫颈癌组织中表达明显增高,显著高于正常宫颈和癌前病变组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AIF蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达与年龄、临床分期、组织学类型、病理分级和淋巴结转移均无关(P>0.05)。结论AIF蛋白表达水平与宫颈癌的发生密切相关,是评估宫颈癌的一项指标。 Objective To investigate the expression of apoptosis inducing factor(AIF)and clarify its role in cervical carcinogenesis.Methods the immunohistochemistry was employed to examine the expression of AIF in 45 cervical cancer,31 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and 10 normal cervix.Results The AIF was weakly expressed in CIN or normal cervix with no statistical significance between both group(P > 0.05),but its expression was significantly increased in cervical cancer,prominently higher than normal cerv...
