摘要
目的通过组织学特性研究,探讨不同膜材料对植入式葡萄糖传感器组织相容性的影响因素,比较聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚氨酯(PU)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)的组织相容性。方法SD大白鼠21只,随机分成3个相互对照组。分别将PTFE、PU、PVC按不同方法植入到大鼠背部两侧肌肉和皮下。分别于术后8,15,31d处死大鼠,进行组织切片光镜观察,并对形成纤维囊厚度、血管增生程度作统计分析。结果锐性植入比钝性植入形成的纤维囊厚度小(P<0.05),第2周纤维囊厚度增加较缓慢,而第3、4周增加显著,肌肉植入比皮下植入效果好(P<0.01)。PU、PVC对血管增生较好,但后者炎性反应最严重,纤维囊厚度最大。结论锐性植入PU的组织相容性较好。
