摘要 目的探讨B7-H4在卵巢上皮来源肿瘤中的表达及其与卵巢癌临床病理学特征的关系,并与卵巢癌抗原CA125的表达进行分析比较。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测B7-H4和CA125在31例卵巢浆液性囊腺癌、13例卵巢黏液性囊腺癌、9例卵巢子宫内膜样癌、18例卵巢透明细胞癌、20卵巢浆液性囊腺瘤、15例卵巢黏液性囊腺瘤中的表达。结果B7-H4在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌(100%),子宫内膜样癌(77.8%)及透明细胞癌(83.3%)中均出现过表达,而在黏液性囊腺癌中低表达(23.1%);B7-H4在浆液性囊腺癌(100%)和浆液性囊腺瘤(50%)中阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与CA125比较,非黏液性卵巢癌中B7-H4的阳性率高于CA125,其中浆液性囊腺癌,透明细胞癌中二者的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B7-H4和CA125的表达正相关(P<0.05);B7-H4的阳性率与卵巢癌的组织学类型有相关性(P<0.05),其在浆液性囊腺癌中有更突出的表达;B7-H4阳性细胞百分比与肿瘤的分化水平及FIGO临床分期无相关性(P>0.05);但各组B7-H4平均阳性细胞百分比均高于CA125,其中低分化组及Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组,二者的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在非黏液性卵巢癌中,B7-H4出现优于CA125的高表达,其可能成为新的卵巢癌诊断标志物及治疗的新靶点。 Objective To observe the B7-H4 expression in ovarian epithelium-derived tumors and discuss the relationship to CA125.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to assess the expression of B7-H4 and CA125 in serous cystadenocarcinomas(n = 31),mucinous cystadenocarcinomas(n =13),endometrioid carcinomas(n =9),clear cell carcinomas(n =18),serous cystadenomas(n =20),mucinous cystadenomas(n =15).Results B7-H4 expression was detected in 100% of serous carcinomas,77.8% of endometrioid carcinomas and 83.3% of clear cell ...
