摘要
目的:检测急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者血中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(monocyte chemotactic protein,MCP-1)和外周血单核细胞MCP-1受体CC趋化因子受体2(CC chemokine receptor 2,CCR2)表达水平的变化,探讨MCP-1和CCR2与ACS发生的关系。方法:收集ACS患者30例和健康体检者30例,分别应用ELISA法和流式细胞技术检测受试者血清MCP-1浓度和单核细胞上CCR2的表达水平。结果:ACS组血清MCP-1的水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),ACS组外周血单核细胞CCR2蛋白表达水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论:ACS患者MCP-1浓度与CCR2表达水平均显著高于健康人,MCP-1和CCR2可能与ACS的发生发展有关。
