从时间和空间的角度 ,分析了北京城市水系的基本特点 ,水系的旅游类型包括水文物遗迹、水系沿线旅游和休闲娱乐项目等 .水体污染和水资源总量不足是制约水系旅游发展的两大问题 .应当采取水文物立法。

On the view of time and history, this paper points the properties of urban water system, The tourism types of the system include water cultural relics, touring along the rivers and the entertainment in the parks. However, water pollution and shortage restrict the tourism utility. It's prerequisite to make a water cultural relics low, leran from other countries and obey the water cycle for water preservation in Beijing.
