A Scheme to the Subject Service Model in University Libraries

立足国内图书馆实情,学科服务应由学科团队完成,学科馆员兼任学术秘书之职,采用学科服务矩阵管理模式,设立首席学科馆员岗位,引入学科信息共享空间,采用先在某一重点学科试点后逐渐推广的方法。学科服务组建模式包括确定学科服务试点学院;规划学科服务内容,明确学科服务小组成员及其工作职责;选拔人才,合理组建学科馆员队伍;实施首席学科馆员负责制的矩阵管理模式;完善图书馆相关制度,推进学科服务进程。
