摘要
人肉搜索是一种利用现代信息检索技术,凭借网络社交平台,通过"人问人、人找人、人挖人、人查人"的关系型网络社区活动方式获得结果的信息检索方式。要实现人肉搜索须具备以下条件:借助"名站效应"及网站管理者的帮助;所提问题带有一定的社会敏感性;"赏金猎人"之间要有合作精神,并需要专业的分析技术。人肉搜索的良性发展需要政府、社会、网民的多方参与,以及政府的积极引导。
