鄱阳湖洪水资源潜力与利用途径探讨

Investigation on potentiality and utilization approaches of floodwater resources in Poyang Lake

对鄱阳湖地区水资源季节分布不均及其干旱问题进行了分析,从防洪与抗旱统筹的角度,提出从工程措施和非工程措施两方面加强洪水资源利用,以解决枯季干旱缺水的问题。在对洪水资源潜力进行估算的基础上,提出了加强洪水资源利用的主要设想,认为鄱阳湖洪水资源丰富,通过在湖口设置可调节式溢流堰,结合U型活动闸的仿都江堰方式,可在不影响防洪和江湖联通性的前提下,适度延缓汛后湖水外泄,以增加湖的蓄水量备枯季抗旱和维系湖区水生环境。
