摘要
为满足水果外观品质和质量综合分选的实际需要,设计了水果机器视觉质量综合分选机的称重模块。通过受力分析得出了水果质量的理论计算公式,给出了水果同步称重过程的实现方法。通过对质量不同的苹果进行实测标定,得出了等效质量w与其A/D转换值之间的关系式,并进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,所设计的称重模块可以与水果机器视觉分选机配合,对水果进行外观品质和质量的检测,称重精度约为2%。
