On the Construction of Foreign Language Teaching Teams

教学质量是学校的生命线,努力提高教学质量、提高高等教育的人才培养质量是大学本科教育的核心。本文拟结合"质量工程意见"的精神,在借鉴其他院校团队建设经验的基础上,结合外语专业的教学特点,探讨外语专业教学团队的建设理念和构建模式。

It is of vital importance for any school to maintain a high teaching quality. Striving to enhance teaching quality and improve the abilities of undergraduates are two core tasks for university education.
