摘要
反思现行的学生评教体系,存在着不容忽视的问题:原本为了让学生受益的学生评教,在评教目的和评教过程方面都脱离了学生本身,呈现出简单的教师导向和单一的管理导向。我们应该借鉴美国以学生为本的评教经验,构建以学生为本的高校教学质量评估体系,在评价过程中体现以学生为本,在目的上保证以学生为本。
