摘要
废弃产品的拆卸回收是绿色制造中的关键技术。运用 Petri网作为数学工具描述产品的拆卸树 ,并用自定义的语法作形式化的表达 ,重点研究了选择性拆卸问题。这对于废弃产品的回收、重用以及日常的维修 ,都具有重要作用。基于拆卸 Petri网 ,提出了两种评价函数 ,并运用反向启发式搜索策略 ,形成了一个改进型的算法。最后对一个工程实例作了具体研究 ,验证了方法的可行性 。
Disassembly of worn-out or malfunctioning products is a key technology in green manufacturing. Petri net is used in this paper as a mathematical tool to describe the disassembly tree of products and formulate it in self-definition grammar. The study is focused on selecting disassembly, which is very important not only for the recovering and reusing of worn-out or malfunctioning products but also for the daily reparation of products. Based on Petri net, two evaluation functions and one improved algorithm with reverse heuristic search are proposed. Besides, the proposed methodology is demonstrated through an engineering example. It is proved that the methodology is valuable to make the selecting disassembly order serve for scene robotics.
