Study on Countermeasures of Establishing Long-term Construction Safety Production Mechanism in China

通过对目前我国建筑安全生产现状及其原因的分析,结合对国外建筑业安全生产最佳实践经验的借鉴,围绕法律法规及标准、政府安全监管、企业安全责任制、市场诚信体系、保险机制、科技进步、安全文化等方面,提出了建立我国建筑安全生产长效机制的对策与建议。

Based on the status quo and the causes of safety production in China construction industry, drawing lessons from best practice and experience in foreign construction industry, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions in the long-term construction safety production mechanism in terms of laws and regulations, government safety supervision, safety responsibility system of action subject, market credibility system, insurance system,safety technology and safety culture.
