By comparing the market access system, the market operation scale monitoring system, the market opera-tion safety guarantee system in Hong Kong, Tai Wan and Mainland, points out that the qualification pre-check sys-tem, the development scale control system and the compulsory deposit system should be established in Mainland. The bankroll supervision system should also be strengthened and carried out.
