摘要
现代大型建设项目往往包括多个毗邻子项目,加大了风险管理的难度。需要加强项目之间的协同管理,最大限度地利用项目自身的技术环境条件和组织间的信息资源,协同建设,共同控制项目群风险。文章以山区高速公路桥隧毗邻项目群为例,分析项目群风险的特征,进行项目毗邻群段风险识别,提出建立风险协同管理平台,对项目群风险管理方法与模式进行了探讨。
