摘要
通过对板中孔孔边应变理论的分析 ,提出了具有一定可行性的实验方法 ,并通过实验得到应变数据 ,再利用格拉布斯方法对数据进行取舍 ,最后根据有效数据的插值多项式 ,得到在一定范围内表示孔边应变系数的近似表达式。通过与理论值的比较 ,该表达式得出的值具有很好的精度。
Theoretical analysis to the strain on the board around the hole is made to put forward a feasible experiment method of strain distributing law about the stress concentrate. The strain data obtained from actual experiments are selected by the Grubbs Law to determine the effective ones. The approximate strain on the board around the hole is expressed according to the inserted-value multinomial of the effective data. A comparison with the theoretical values shows that the expressed strain is of high precision, and that the method is feasible and accurate.
