一种基于知识库的电子邮件自动分类系统

摘要 针对当前常用的电子邮件收发软件存在的缺陷及其自动分类方法的不足 ,改进电子邮件的概念表达形式 ,提出一种基于知识库的电子邮件自动分类方法 ,设计并实现了客户端电子邮件的自动分类系统 ,并对其分类效果进行了测评。实验结果表明 ,基于知识库的电子邮件分类方法 。 A survey of Email automatic classification software reveals that the current methods cannot work efficiently. To renew the model of Email representation, a new and knowledge database-based method is proposed for the automatic classification of Emails. The automatic Email classification system at the client end is designed, realized and evaluated in this paper. Testing results indicate that the proposed method is better than the rule or probability-based methods in view of the efficiency of automatic classification.
