摘要 通过粉末冶金法制备出Al2O3铁基摩擦材料,采用化学镀的方法使Al2O3颗粒表面包覆铜,测定材料的摩擦系数、磨损性能,并研究分析了增强体与基体的界面结合形式和摩擦磨损机理对铁基摩擦材料的影响。结果表明,所研制的铁基摩擦材料在Al2O3镀铜后。 The Al2O3 iron-based frictional material was prepared by powder metallurgy. Al2O3 particles were coated with copper through electroless plating method. The friction coefficient and abrasiveness of Al2O3 reinforced iron-based frictional material prepared by powder metallurgy were tested. The effects of interface combination mode between reinforcement and substrate, friction and wear mechanism on iron-based frictional material were studied.
