摘要
研究了法国、日本及中国太钢生产的同种316L型不锈钢盘条拉拔过程中的配模规律及抗拉强度随真应变的关系,讨论了材料成分对316L不锈钢极细丝拉拔工艺的影响及强化机理。结果表明:多道次拉拔可以显著提高奥氏体不锈钢丝的强度,拟合得到细丝的成品拉拔过程中的抗拉强度与真应变的关系式:σb=A+B1ε+B2ε2,其中A代表固溶处理后钢丝的初始拉拔强度,A与B1均与碳的质量分数有关,B2是与钢丝中合金元素有关的系数。
The rules of die arrangement (the compression ratio per pass) during drawing and relationship between tensile strength and true strain of three homogeneous 316L stainless steel rods, respectively made in Japan, French and TISCO in China, were studied.
