摘要
采用拉伸、冲击、硬度等力学性能测试手段和显微观察等方法,研究了淬火温度和回火温度对XCQ16车桥管用钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,并分析了热处理后试样的断口形貌。结果表明,XCQ16钢经880℃淬火+530℃回火的调质处理后,可获得良好的强韧性效果,满足车桥生产实际要求。
The effect of quenching temperature and tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of XCQ16 steel was studied by means of material tensile test, notch-bar impact test and Rockwell hardness. The relationship between microstructure and properties of the steel and the fracture feature were also discussed. The results show that XCQ16 steel can obtain an excellent effectiveness of strengthening and toughening after 880 ℃ quenching and 530℃tempering.
